Details of the registration fees
At least one Full Registration Fee must be paid for each accepted paper. The registration is not considered final until the payment is received.
The Additional Paper Fee can be paid only by authors who paid one Full Registration Fee and have more than one paper accepted.
The Full Registration Fee includes:
entrance to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, working lunches, Welcome Party, Social Gala Dinner and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
The Student Registration Fee includes:
entrance to all technical sessions, coffee breaks and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
Accompanying Registration Fee includes:
Welcome Party, Social Gala Dinner and one or two dedicated touristic tours.
Details of the payment
Acceptable payment methods are credit card and wire transfer.
All payments should be in Euro (EUR). Payments by wire transfer should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Please ensure that your institution absorbs ALL bank charges (your bank or any other intermediary bank).
We may be unable to view the registration as paid if the full amount does not reach our account. If paying via wire transfer, please quote your Registration ID and the Paper ID.
Payment at conference site will be possible by cash and credit card.
In order to submit the final paper you have to be a registered user. Please, use your data and login here.
Credit card payment
Open your browser and go to the page of the bank BPER Banca S.p.A.
- In the field “Organisation”, select “Associazione ICCEP”.
- In the field “Payment Reason”, select “Registration Fee”.
- Fill in the required amount in Euro (EUR).
- In the field “Reason”, write “Conference fee” and add your name and your paper ID.
- Fill in your personal data and tick the box to accept the terms and conditions.
You will be redirected to a protected webpage to include the details of your credit card.
Wire transfer payment
It should be made with the following bank coordinates:
