Authors guidelines for presentation

Both oral and poster presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published on IEEExplore. No indications about the form of presentation will be given on the proceedings.

Guidelines for poster session
During the session, one of the authors has to be present near the poster answering to questions of interested people. Your poster board space is 841 mm x 1189 mm (A0 format).
The file should be printed in “high quality”.

Poster Tips:

  • Text: Lettering for text and illustrations should be at least a font size of 36 points.
  • Premise: Your poster should include three to five brief sentences outlining information necessary to understand the study, and why it was done. The questions to be asked or the hypotheses to be tested should be clearly and succinctly stated.
  • Methods: Outline your methods briefly, providing only details for new methods, or modifications of older methods.
  • Graphics: Results presented in the form of a graph or chart are always more effective than blocks of text. Provide a legend for symbols ad other details.
  • Conclusion: State the conclusion succinctly in large type.

IMPORTANT
You can prepare a printed copy of your poster and bring it to the conference by yourself.
As an alternative, you can ask to the conference secretary to print the poster for you and you can get your poster directly at the registration desk.
